Biography
​
Miss Paulina Swiatkowska is a contemporary artist currently living and painting in Switzerland. In her recent work, she experiments with large-scale artworks, incorporating realistics detail,s real crystals and thick textures.
Paulina was born in the small town of Lowicz in Poland. As a child, she demonstrated early virtuosity in industrial design and art and soon moved to Warsaw, after to France and Portugal to expand her opportunities in the art industry. Her constant urge to create and experiment won her recognition across Poland, France and Switzerland.

Paulina completed her master's deegre at the Academy of Fine Arts with a diploma in 2016 in Lodz, Poland.
In 2014, she became an ambassador of Polish painting - this title was awarded by the Minister of Art and Culture in Poland.
In 2017 she moved to Switzerland where she began working as a textiledesigner artist. Paulina has earned awards in polish and international competitions for artist and designers.

Achievements
​
2019 " Swiss Beauty" artistic project with collaboration with the Swiss embassy in Warsaw. Implementation of the project together with the journalist, actress Anna Popek, Tadeusz Makowiecki band
2016 Winner, 2nd prize of the competition for young designers and artists, special award Zlota Nitka, Lodz Warsaw
2014 Official title of the ambassador of Polish painting - award granted by the Artistic Aarshal in Lodz, Poland
2014 Candidate for the European Parliament, Solidarna Polska

Artist Statement
​
In my art I want that person who admire painitng feel, the power of the mountain. My last collection named: - " You are the Mountain" will remain to each of us how powerfull we are inside.
​
My art has been driven thematically and stylistically by the layering of my life’s experiences. From my early years in Poland I gained an interest in reflective surfaces and began recreating the lavishly gilded textures of Swiss landscape and diamonds.
Now in kanton Lucern and Zug in Switzerland I am struck by the beauty of swiss lakes and mountains.

The idea to combine luxury silk with the Swiss mountains and travelling to the world’s most fascinating destinations has been following me for many year
I am working true art, and most of all embodied the beauty of Swiss destinations with such exclusivity, style and quality that I was utterly blown away.
